  • Started as the sole recruiter for a company which had 3 medical locations and employed 65 employees.
  • Hired to help with recruiting staff for a company wide expansion.
  • Recruited paraprofessionals, office staff, Practice Managers, Regional Managers, Medical Assistants, Advance Practice Nurses, Doctors, Psychologists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and Licensed Behavior Specialists.
  • To date, the company employs approximately 600 employees and in addition to 3 medical locations, provides ABA therapy from another 14 locations which are located throughout the state of New Jersey and in Pennsylvania.
  • Post jobs through ADP, UKG, Handshake, LinkedIn, and PA CareerLink.
  • Review applications, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews and tours for qualified candidates.
  • Extend offers and engage in salary negotiations as needed.
  • Send offer letters and when signed, alert the appropriate HR specialist so they may begin the onboarding process.
  • Attend weekly report out meetings for the medical and aba divisions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, including the recruiting team and the marketing department, on strategies to locate qualified candidates,identify sources for new candidates, and to discuss messages for new communications.
  • Search resumes on Indeed and LinkedIn, as well as conduct outreach to industry and university professors to source candidates whose background aligns with our job criteria.
  • Attend career fairs, industry conferences, and networking events.
  • Draft weekly reports which outline information on the number of candidates in the pipeline, the number of applicants, number of interviews completed, and number of hires per position and location.
  • Supervise two to three recruiters whose function is to recruit Behavior Health Technicians and Registered Behavior Health Technician, Medical Assistants, Intake Coordinators, Care Coordinators, and billing specialists.
  • Draft reports to outline individual recruiter information and then meet with the recruiters during a one to one meeting to review data, metrics, and to discuss strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
