To provide assistance to the Product Specialists while maintaining efficiency and order in the administrative activities of the Engineering Department.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

General Office Duties:

· General customer service. Cover switchboard and route calls appropriately

· Process outgoing mail & take to the post office daily

· Order office supplies as necessary for Engineering Department

· Handle printing and distribution of Pre-printed Inventory Tags prior to Physical Inventory each year

Engineering Department Duties:

· Convert AutoCad drawings to PDF & transmit to remote Plants, Outside Manufacturers

· Locate and scan old blueprints/microfilms to PDF and file
