With over three decades of dedication to education, I've refined my leadership and organizational skills, driving innovative programs, and fostering a nationwide network of professional relationships. Throughout my journey, I've eagerly embraced expanding roles, cultivated new talents, and conquered diverse challenges. A trailblazer in STEM education, I've consistently spearheaded transformative initiatives and secured funding to elevate student learning. During my tenure as an Albert Einstein Distinguished Educator Fellow in 2019-2020, I broke new ground as the inaugural Fellow assigned to the Department of Defense, collaborating closely with the Navy on STEM Education and Outreach.
