  • I was an admission nurse who also worked as a liasion when we had no liaison. After awhile, I became an admission nurse who worked nights and did on call. I also did triage for them occasionally. I was my own liaison on the weekends.
  • I also worked for Ambercare from 8/2015- 8/2017 as an admission nurse and originally a field case manager.
  • The entire time I worked at Ambercare I would care a small caseload of patients. These were usually rural patients, or high acuity patients. For example I once had a 25 year old hospice patient on TPN.

  • I started out in ICU. Later I went to CCC. The majority of the time, CCC was my home unit. For about 15 years, CCC was my home unit, I worked there 2 days a week, then 1 day a week in AICU, and 1 day a week in IMC. I was doing a total of 4 12 hour shifts a week.
  • The last three or four years, I would pick up shifts in the IPU. There are nurses there now that I worked with during that time. I also worked with Yelena during that time.
  • I worked as a MET nurse at Kaseman for about a year while also working in the IPU as a prn nurse.
  • I did receive an award from the local AACN for excellence in critical care nursing.
