Experience

Provide administrative support to Executive Team and Senior Leadership. Hands-on experience in organizing meetings, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining executive’s calendars. Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports and processing of department invoices and donations. Assist in preparation of multi departments annual budgets. Managing and tracking invoices and expenses. Act as liaison between teams, finance department and leadership. Prepare and maintain databases, spreadsheets, presentations, and meeting related documents. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to create reports for monthly and yearly metrics performances reviews and comparisons. Assist in the recruiting and onboarding processes for new staff. Demonstrated ability to managed day-to-day operational office tasks and implement office policies and procedures to facilitate a smooth workflow for department members. Train and assist with implementation of new technology and software to increase communication and productivity, e.g., TEAMS. Experience with planning and execution of department functions, meetings, corporate events, and support with community outreach events. Interact professionally with all levels of management and maintain confidentiality. Work independently on special projects as assigned.
