Self-care is my #1 priority. I am a very structured person with goals and strive to meet these goals on a daily basis. Exercise helps with the endorphins and clears my head from the days work with clients. Traveling is also important in my life. When I need to decompress, I go on a vacation to clear the mind and reset.
