Review meds, maintain medication orders, medication cart expection for out dated medication and run the medication room according to state regulations. Keep upon charting, care plans, medication trainings quarterly, yearly Medication Review and Certification. Also, help with Community Medication. Pouring medication monthly, write policy and procedure according to State Regulations.
