Then I worked as a CSR in the Medical Transportation Department where I answering phones, scheduling rides to get consumers to their medical appointments. I also entered data for monthly reports among other responsibilities such as training new staff for the job, from, 2011-2021. I enjoyed working with the public and helping them get to get to their necessary appointments.
