Currently employed as a full time NNP, providing in house, 24hr shift coverage. We have four facilities in our practice, a birthing center where we attend high risk deliveries in an on-call service, two Level 2 NICU's, and a Level 3/4 NICU that provides surgical services. We attend high risk deliveries at all NICU centers, participate in staff education, provide well newborn services, and collaborate with speciality services. I have participated in Skills Day for nursing staff as we lowered our gestational age at the Level 2 NICU's, and we participate in Resident training.

Employed as a full time NNP, providing coverage for 5 different hospitals, two level 2, one advanced Level 2, the other Level 3 with surgical services. Extensive experience in delivery room management and resuscitation, transport (including helicopter), daily management of the critically ill neonate, care of the Extreme preterm, and collaboration with specialty services. This was 24hr based with in house NNP coverage for the NICU, NBN consultations, and high risk deliveries.  I participated in employee education regarding NRP and mock codes. Previous experience includes development of an NICU nurse training program when a new unit was opened up.

1999 to 2010 

Functioned as a prn NICU nurse at multiple NICU's in Atlanta as a Neonatal Nurse.

I worked as a traveling neonatal nurse from 1989-1992, working in Level 2 and Level 3 NICU's across the country. These were 13 week contracted positions.
