• Set the vision & strategy to sublinearly scale the support costs during exponential growth in Google Video Conferencing fleet, that enabled 70% growth over 2.5 years, while reducing support costs by 30% (saving ~$4.3mil/yr).

• Executive Leadership for company-wide HR Systems: Led a VP+ cross-functional level product launch for a Google-wide performance appraisal, saving employees and managers 20% time and resulted in reduced performance measurement error, received SVP company award.
• Pioneered Innovation in Google Wallet: Secured 7 patents for groundbreaking features in payments and financial technologies at Google Wallet (now gPay).

• Global Growth Catalyst : Spearheaded product launches, account management and client engagement at DoubleClick London, expanding customer base in Germany and Netherlands.
