Debra Rocco

Current position in Global Spec Control. Responsible for maintaining the Bill of Material (BOM) for all automotive products that Honda builds in North America. Processed design changes from both Japan and North America, and manufacturing instructions from the assembly plants. This involved using a global mainframe to manipulate the BOM as needed. Accuracy was absolutely critical, requiring proper verification and continuous concentration. My area of responsibility was primarily for chassis and interior parts. Later I became a Project Leader, responsible to manage Accord, RDX, and Insight schedules with regard to the Bill of Material in all North American facilities.

Input prescriptions into computer system, filled prescriptions, answered busy phone system to assist patients, doctors' offices and insurance companies. Assist patients as they drop off or pick up prescriptions

Taught various subjects including Algebra II, Precalculus, AP Calculus, AP Statistics, Linear Algebra, as well as German I, II, and III in this prestigeous private school. Faculty adviser to Student Senate. After school math tutor.

Taught Algebra I and developed and taught the first Calculus class offered at this challenging charter school.

Taught various subjects including Algebra I, Algebra II, Precalculus, AP Calculus, and AP Physics at this private Jewish school. Developed interactive science and mathematics demonstrations for annual Achievement Fair. Faculty adviser for 8th grade.

Developed target pricing for interior plastic parts for Accord, Civic and Odyssey. Verified Bill of Material and tracked engineering changes for above models. Worked with Quality Control Engineering to isolate, identify and correct warranty issues in above models.

Verified Bill of Material for aircraft engine kits to be assembled in Turkey as an Engineering Co-op from University of Cincinnati.
