Determined compliance of Kansas Employment Security Law. Investigated delinquent reports. Collected on overdue accounts using appropriate legal remedies. Audited to verify accuracy and compliance of Kansas employment security law. Served subpoenas, levies and court orders. Initiated and executed levy seizures and testified in legal proceedings as required.
I also worked as an Administrative assistant in the Contributions Unit prior to promoting to State Auditor II. Duties consisted of: Establishing, updating, inactivating and terminating employer tax accounts. Initiation of rate factor transfers.
