Sevierville Location: (8 years)DME Customer Service. Took orders from hospitals and Dr. offices. Processed orders for delivery or pick up. Instructed client on use of equipment. Put information in computer for billing after I verified clients insurance. Got an authorization if needed.

Knoxville Location: (3 years) Worked at our call center for cpap supplies. Called clients when they were due if new supplies. Took orders from hospitals and had it shipped to client after verifying their insurance. A lot of our time was working remotely due to Pandemic.

Moved to Neenah and worked remotely for 2 years before I retired December 2023. Same company Adapt Health. Was a Cpap compliance coordinator. Called clients regarding the cpap they were already set up on by Therapist. Client has 90 days to get compliant before most Insurances will pay. I had to help client get compliant.
