As you will see that my career working as a Customer Service Representative/Assistant to Mortgage Operations Department I did not start until 2018. The reason for this is my husband made enough money to allow me to stay at home and raise our two kids. When we were married I did work various jobs and once I became pregnant with our first child is when we decided that I would stay at home and raise our kids. Once they left the house is when I decided to get back in the working world. I really enjoy working ands helping clients during the process of buying their first home or refinancing to lower their monthly payments.
Unfortunately when the mortgage interest rates started increasing I was laid off and the last years they continued laying off people and I was one of them.
I really would love an opportunately to show an employer that my customer service skills would be an asset to any company.
