• Researched on education in Clinical Pastoral Education. Conducted Lunch and Learn Presentation at Anderson University. April 26, 2024 Title: Not your grandpa's chaplaincy. The presentation explores the insights and issues concerning the rapidly changing landscape of spiritual care. As the demand for specialized healthcare grows, the process of recruiting, training and instruction in spiritual foundations must also evolve to meet the needs of a secular society while continuing to affirm our faith communities.

• Provided spiritual care and crisis intervention for patients, families and staff. Clinical pastoral education training is specifically provided to address the needs of individuals, families and entities of any size experiencing all definitions of trauma, Nationwide is the largest Level I Pediatric Trauma Center in the region.

• In an effort to consistently meet or exceed the program goals; 1. Students will graduate with their class or soon after. While also meeting goal 2., Students will not conceive or birth another child before graduating from high school. I was assigned the following duties; case management, birth doula care, documentation of case files, family engagement, public advocacy, academic support including ESL tutoring, prenatal education, sex education, child development education, co-parenting parenting, training, life skills and transitioning to adulthood. In addition to my case, management. I was considered the resident early childhood development expert. As such, I was selected by the program manager to administer all Ages and Stages developmental assessments quarterly for all children participating in the program. Document results, explain results to parents and caregivers and refer families to appropriate intervention services and supports. The ELECT Program continued uninterrupted during the entire Covid 19 epidemic. Case managers and birth doulas continued service delivery with very few alterations and or limitations. It challenged professionals to become more diligent and creative in continuing effective service delivery.

• Musician, choir director, soloist, Christian educator, teacher, preacher, van driver. Assisted senior pastor as part of the pastoral staff. Planning worship experiences, recruiting worship teams and all worship arts groups and activities with senior pastor approval. Support senior pastor during corporate gatherings.

• Recruited and trained volunteers and facilitators to participate in diversity sensitivity and awareness focus groups. These groups took place in public and private venues. The goal of these gatherings is to empower citizens and encourage them to share their common values to improve community synergy.

• Developed community outreach programs to enhance family engagement and support services.
