Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), my responsibilities included, but were not limited to the following:

• Administering scheduled and PRN medications
• Monitoring vital signs and patient condition, and report/document change in condition
• Assisting with personal care
• Administering nebulizer treatments
• Monitoring IV therapy
• Monitoring blood glucose levels ,
• Assisting with procedures such as catheter insertion and irrigation
• Assisting with admissions/transfers of patients.

• Plan church events including annual anniversary programs, women conference, youth workshops, etc.
• Design and print weekly Sunday worship bulletin
• Coordinate fundraising activities for the church
• Liaise with members of the local Christian community to plan annual church events
• Assist immigrants adjust immigration status

• Assisted clients with activities of daily living, promoting independence and quality of life.
• Cleaned house, ran errands, managed laundry, and completed weekly grocery shopping.
• Assisted with dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Performed light housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness standards while respecting the patient''s personal space.

• Answered incoming phone calls and addressed questions from customers and healthcare providers.
• Stocked, labeled, and inventoried medication to keep accurate records.
• Enhanced pharmacy workflow by assisting pharmacists with medication dispensing, labeling, and packaging.
• Calculated dosage, filled prescriptions, and prepared prescription labels with absolute accuracy.

• Monitor and stock Pyxis machines on nursing units
• Fill code trays, RSI boxes, and Trauma boxes
