- Receiving Inspections - Complete receiving inspection of parts and documents for compliance to Aviall requirements and written procedures and process part accordingly
- Inbound Process Inspections - Perform visual and preliminary inspection of parts and manufacturer documents (Drawings, FAI -First Article Inspection, Certification of Conformances and Material Certifications) for compliance to customer flow down requirements and procedures via GE Cohesia online tools, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, radius, gauges and CMM operator
- Final Inspections - Prepare inspected parts, documentation, packaging and labels for final inspection by the Inspector and/or QC Engineer
- Reporting - Review parts ordered / Aviall PO delivery status and maintain / report details as per the Aviall procedures
- Interaction of data in SAP-ECC/ information on the GE Website via ACES, GE Revision Checker, GE Yellow Pages and other Aviall departments such as Supply Chain
- Documenting - Documentation of non-conformances via a Quality Notification (QN) for Supplier Performance measurements.
