  • I also assist students ages 14-22 years of age with becoming eligible for the TWS-VRS program whether pre-EST services and/or transition services
  • I provide counseling and guidance throughout the life of the customer’s case after completing an intake, assessing, and planning, comprehensive assessment, and creating an individual plan for employment (IPE)
  • An IPE assists with guiding the customer with attaining their goal of independence and better quality of life
  • I also write and keep records of all customer contacts and counseling sessions along with providing important information to aid the customer with informed choice
  • Pre-EST services provided consist of teaching the student how to advocate for themselves, work-based learning, counseling on post-secondary opportunities, person-centered planning, and career readiness
