I am a responsible and dedicated high school student who aspires to work in the law field. I am a fast learner and can be quickly trained for any job. I have had experience dealing with children as well as parents through my club officer positions. I take part in many community service events because I love to help people and make a difference in my community.
I am president of the Literary Society at my school. This is an interest club where members get to read and discuss together and where students can meet new people with the same interests. As president I run meetings, plan fundraisers, field trips, and membership. We have also read to elementary students for literary week. I am also Treasurer of the National Honor Society at my school. I take part in monthly community service events as well as plan them and supervise them. As treasurer I organize fundraisers, plan budgets, and deal with purchases. I am also a Peer Health Educator for HIP (Health Information Project) at my school. I take part in trainings in which I am taught what information to share with other students. I go to Freshman History classes every other week to teach them about mental and physical health problems that are relevant today such as Anxiety, Depression, and Diabetes. We also make them aware of abusive relationships, even domestic ones, and provide students with the proper resources.
