Proficient with assessments, ventilators, critical drips, arterial and venous IV access, NG/OG tubes, tracheostomy tubes, endotracheal tubes, lab result interpretation including ABG's, assisting with procedures at bedside such at cranial burr holes, art lines, central lines and chest tubes. Able to manage all aspects and care of complex critical patients Able to independently perform CRRT using Nxstage and Tablo devices. Excellent with multi tasking and collaborating with other departments to enhance patient care. Floated regularly to Stepdown, ER, Cath Lab, Iterventional Radiology and PACU.
