- Provided Air Traffic Organization (ATO) support for San Francisco and Honolulu Districts. As the "gateway" group to ATO, ensured that Air Traffic Facility, Weather, Communication, Fiber-optics, Flight Procedures, and Flight Checks needs were met.

- Coordinated Air Traffic projects for Navigational Aids (NavAids) with Airports Division and Airport sponsors.

- Facilitated coordination for complex Air Traffic and Airport projects occurring with the large Runway Safety Area (RSA) projects at San Francisco International Airport (SFO), Oakland International Airport (OAK), and Monterrey Airport (MRY).

- Completed robust airport master plans for 63 Federally funded Washington State airports.

- Worked on planning, environmental, design and construction issues to ensure airports are planning for long term needs.

- Program manager for washington state capital improvement plan.
