• Led migration of eGate interfaces to Intersystems Ensemble, covering full project lifecycle from requirements to Go-Live.

• Developed and migrated HL7 interfaces from e-biz to Intersystems Ensemble, enabling seamless integration between HIS and hospital applications.
• Provided production support and troubleshooting for both Ensemble and e-biz interfaces.
• Documented, tracked, and communicated bugs; handled incident and request tasks to ensure interface reliability.

Project: Jones Apparel Group

• Supported the JRC Markdown System to automate scheduling and activation of brand discounts and offers.
• Created test plans, and prepared/executed test cases for performance and functionality.
• Implemented LoadRunner for load testing, including Vugen scripting and real-world scenario validation.
• Managed defects, tracked results, and followed Agile (Scrum) methodologies for continuous delivery.

Project: Mc Donalds's RFM

• Supported POS application by managing and localizing restaurant menu data across multiple locales using the RFM content management system.
