It is used to store, maintain and track all the Donor and Requester related information into salesforce CRM.

• App customizations by creating custom objects, fields, relationships, list views, page layouts, record types, duplication and matching rules.
• Data consistency achieved by validation rules, duplicate and matching rules, formulas.
• Data Security Configuration by creating profiles, role hierarchy, OWD, sharing settings, field level settings.

Supply chain Products Management/ Customer Service Support

This Supply Chain Home Appliances lightning application is created to track the products, customers and orders related information.

Also created the customer support service cloud application to provide customer service for the incidents raised by customers.

IRM Stabilization I:

This development project was done for migrating the backend database, Oracle 9i to Oracle llg. So, all the existing components in the older version of the database have been moved to the upgraded version. Due to which all the database components migrated to the new database server location.

It provides both the theoretical I framework for measuring, prioritizing risks, and the practical processes used in dealing with these risks.
