HRIS experience and background Hands-on experience in the Upgrade, Testing ECATT & Mercury tool, Configuration and Full life cycle implementation processes including requirements gathering, GAP analysis, Blueprint, Testing and Go live support. Experience in planning, writing and executing test cases and test scripts, based on business requirements or provided by another resource or business user using HP Mercury Quality Center and documenting same using SOX controls. Lead for UAT, Interfaces, Functional, Integration and Regression testing – Assign/Identify and manage the execution of the test cases by users and/or team members and report to management. Experience in writing and executing test scripts for SAP HR by automatic and manual execution. Experience in set up/ validation test data in quality environment. Extensive knowledge working as Test Lead delegating duties and suggestions to team members closely working with the Upper Management. Worked on different interface IDOC/EDI testing. Excellent communication, interpersonal, managerial skills, and positive work attitude and self-motivated to work independently and as well as in a team. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Have a unique mindset to think innovative, proactively, with a strong Business Sense and Analysis experience.
