Assisted Gardening Supervisor with daily operations:

• Harvesting for weekly Farmers Markets

• Repurposing dead areas

• Tending for various plants and trees

Assisting students:

• Creating fun ways to come up with educational activities.
• Learning valuable information through the University and bringing that knowledge to the garden site.

• Learning how to handle students, especially in situations where problems arise. Positive problem solving skills were established and utilized.

Project management:

• Repurposing, cleaning, and improving run-down tortoise area/sanctuary.

• Provided respectful and courteous bussing services while operating within active dining rooms.
• Reset used tables within prescribed timeframes to expedite turnover and increase available dining room space.
• Ensured cleanliness and proper restaurant precautions, especially for a COVID-safe environment.
• Performed pre-bussing duties such as moving tables, chairs, and other restaurant service equipment within dining rooms, stocking fridges and storage areas, pressing fruits, and making/serving/refilling coffees and drinks.
