I oversee the admissions of new residents. I deal directly with the family or case worker and I do the evaluation to ensure our home is the right fit for the resident. I am in charge of hiring or dismissing employees. I work with each department head on any concerns or changes that need to be made. I also cover any position if there is no availability with the other employees. I am a licensed NC Med aide and oversee all of the orders for the residents.
