I was a trainer at Freddy's, and never had a bad review with Mainstream, I have earned a major promotion at UPI within just a few months. I'm willing to tackle any task my employers ask of me and take in all I have learned and use it in other aspects of my job. I take pride in my willingness to learn very quickly in any stressful environment, and strive to be better than I was yesterday. As young as I am, I am looking for a stable career to support me and my family to the best of my ability.

- Maintaining detailed records of machine settings, production data, and material usage to ensure accurate reporting and inventory management.
- We have weekly team meetings to discuss production goals, address issues experienced while operating, and decide best course of action.
- I am responsible for routine maintenance, ensuring the press runs as smoothly as possible. Changing parts, gears, and rollers as needed, as well as swapping materials when they're used up.
- I have to keep on my toes, as the machines age takes a toll on production. For example, the drive motor kicks out, stopping motion, but not the burners that activate the glue on the back of the pharmaceutical board. This ignites the web, and I have to act quick, hitting the emergency stop and extinguishing the flame.
- I am also to dismantle the machine for the packing crew to clean at the end of the shift.
- On top of these responsibilities, they are training me for a shift lead position.

- Kept up on industry developments and new standards required by the company. They were relatively new at my time of employment, so our rules for a clean and professional install were updated regularly.
- Managing inventory of fiber optic materials and equipment, ensuring availability for install completion. Forgetting equipment or not grabbing enough meant going back to the office, and wasting time that could be used completing jobs.
- Not only did my supervisors hold me to a certain standard, but I held those same standards for myself as well. I strived for customer satisfaction, cleanliness of install, and speed of installation, ensuring quality at the same time.
- Constant communication with my coworkers was required, so we could meet for jobs at a pre-determined time.
- Time management, making certain that I kept a consistent pace so that every job for the day was completed by the end of the day.
- I had to be prepared for anything, such as when tornadoes had come through and knocked power lines down all over the county. I was clocked in with coworkers for 36 hours, allowed to go home and take rests of course, repairing lines all weekend.
