Assist clients with preparing and filing applications/forms for USCIS, and National Visa Center: citizenship, green card renewal, petition for alien relatives, employment authorization, immigrant and non-immigrant visas, consular proccess, etc. Educate clients on their rights and responsibilities, including what documents they need to provide together with their applications/forms. Research immigration laws, regulations, and practices. Monitor cases and provide assistance. Regularly update knowledge on immigration laws and regulations.
