As a Golf Course Outside Services Attendant at Bent Creek Golf Club, I consistently provided great customer service as the first interaction for members and guests. My responsibilities included communicating clearly with members to anticipate and quickly fulfill their needs, and carefully handling, cleaning, and securing expensive golf equipment, including clubs, bags, and carts. I managed essential operational duties, often arriving for early morning shifts (around 5:00 AM), which required high dependability and excellent time management. I worked effectively in all weather conditions, maintained the cleanliness of the cart areas, and demonstrated the physical stamina needed for lifting heavy bags and standing for extended periods.
