• Mavic Haute Route Rockies – (2017) Internal Logistics Coordinator – Hired and managed staff for 7-day Gran Fondo event through the Rockies. Assisted Ride Director as needed throughout planning and event week.
• Denver Century Ride – (2011 to 2017) Ride Director – coordinate all aspects of route, including permitting with 17 municipalities, volunteers, maps, signage, and route support.
• Bob Cook Memorial Mt. Evans Hill Climb (2014, 2015): Race Director, coordinating all aspects of the event, including marketing, permitting, community organizing, volunteers, and logistics.
• Cyclocross Promoter (2012 - 2019), including Mile High Urban CX Chaos (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016). Promoted and directed the first adaptive cyclocross race for disabled soldiers. Race included categories for able-bodied racers.

• Denver Film Festival (Aug - Nov 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024), Transportation Manager. Responsible for coordinating transportation for all staff and over 130 visiting guest artists during a two-week film festival with multiple locations.
  • Camp Christmas (2021, 2022, 2023) Venue & Experience Manager. Supervise volunteers and attendants; prepare end-of-evening reports; oversee guest experience; problem-solve as needed; coordinate with the box office and Heritage Park staff; serve as Incident Commander in case of emergency. In 2022, I focused on managing the Santa Glamping Site of Camp Christmas.
  • Medalist Sports (August 2012 to August 2016), Transportation Coordinator, USA Pro Challenge and AMGEN Tour of California.
  • BikeDenver (5/2012 to 8/2013) Served as Operations and Event Manager, overseeing all organizational operations such as membership, finances, fundraising, volunteers, events, and marketing. Marketing includes three monthly e-newsletters, press releases, and social media.

Responsible for all aspects of planning and implementation of Colorado's two largest multi-day bike tours, including, but not limited to: sponsorship, route planning, community coordination, logistics, budgeting, merchandising, crew management, and marketing. Oversaw the Colorado Bike Event Coalition Task Force for COVID and developed a COVID mitigation plan highly recognized by CDPHE, local public health departments, Governor Polis' office, and other industry professionals. Highlights include increased participation after a downturn in numbers, restructured routes to be loops that reduced logistical obstacles and costs for events and participants, oversight of a 100-member crew, and a reduction in the average number of hospital transports from 10 per day to 6 per tour.

Hired to build infrastructure and funding for a start-up nonprofit. Highlights: Wish Fulfillment Program: Increased the number of wishes granted from 11 in 2008/2009 to over 250 in 2010; implemented the WWII Memorial Trip with 24 WWII veterans and their families in March 2010; organized the first overseas wish, which was highlighted on ABC with Diane Sawyer. Established organizational processes and structure to ensure stability, transparency, and growth: built a donor database and developed the organizational structure. Responsible for all financial aspects of the organization.
