Daily job deadlines include AM and PM appointments, which I prioritize to meet both in one day throughout my operational territory. After forecasting upcoming job requirements and deadlines, I route my job locations in a way that will best utilize my time and minimize employer’s supplied resources. Throughout each job, I maintain comprehensive documentation by updating service records, noting before-and-after conditions, and recording customer feedback to support accurate scheduling and workflow tracking. Each day, I consistently respond to shifting customer and company priorities; flood calls, cancelled or rescheduled appointments, and last-minute emergency cleans. By identifying delays or resource gaps, actively adjusting routes or workloads, and notifying supervisors and field teams, I coordinate everything to maintain workflow continuity.
