Was the first employee hired by Smith Sales in 1994 and Company became incorporated shortly after. Worked hand and hand with Company owner in logistics for the first five years. After five years I moved to a sales role to help grow the Company. Worked along side the owner to help build Company from 1.2 million in sales to 29 million in 2023. During this time Smith Sales was a sales and distribution company for Tarter Farm and Ranch. We worked with independent farm and ranch stores nationally along with multi-chain farm ranch stores. We also sold thru National Distributors such as True Value Hardware, Ace Hardware, and Do It Best. I have worked with each of these accounts to build warehouse stocking programs along with drop ship programs directly to their members. Each account required multiple trade shows yearly that I was responsible for building the show programs, show booth preparation, travel arrangements, attending the shows.
