Work in NT Kitchen Supervise all Associates, making sure everyone is working safe and working in their particular area. I help do Shadow Reports making sure every Associates is well trained and performing accordingly, if not; I retrain them and log all info in their Personal file.

I also help print out the Talley Reports for POD as well as the Diet Risk paper work.

I can work in Line1, or LIne 2 or wherever needed for the day. I am open to any shift either 1st 2nd or a split shift as well. I enjoy working over time! I really enjoy my job and I love working with my Associates, I have grown to love and care about my Patients as well. Therefore

Inspecting each tray making sure it looks presentable,making sure nothing is missing, and up to temperature, as well as getting the tray to the Patient in a timely manner is extremely vital.

If any issues go down technically, I try and find out what happened and try to correct all issues.

As well as with other Issues and concerns with all our Associates.

Help with Scheduling, adding Associates to my staff, as well as help with any closing duties.

If help is needed due to short staff I place myself and work in either lines 1,2 or in the POD.

I have also worked in DELI area and as a POD Transporter, as well as in the dish room. If soiled trays need to be picked up ,I go and help them out as well.

I was also trained in Floor Stock, I learned all the areas / Units in SMH I did all their floor stock for GE, NT, NT Family Rooms, MB D/E, MB B/G, MB 1-555, Domitila, Francis, Alfred and Joseph.

I was a Quality Inspector/ Technician for Touch Up/ Paint Shop, the later on was trained to Inspect all 9 different models of the Refused Trucks we Manufactured from scratch. I made sure each truck had all parts welded according to their blue print. If it was not I would not pass a truck until defects were fixed.

I also inspected all the welds on the boxes to be free and clear of pinholes, missing welds or bad welds, etc.

Once passed I would submit all paper work to Supervisors and Managers to send truck to have it painted accordingly.

I inspected 8-10 trucks in Manufacturing, and 15-20 in Paint shop/ touch up.
