• Act as support for the Internal Operations Manager with overseeing a team of Project Coordinators (PCs)

• Oversaw a crew of 2-3 weatherization technicians on jobsites installing insulation in residential homes.
• Ensured crew members were following best practices for safety and install.
• Completed proper documentation for each job, and collect copay from the customers.
• Assign tasks to streamline jobs and complete work in a timely manner.
• Re-scope jobs as needed to meet regulations and provide the most effective insulating measures.
