While working as a security officer with incarcerated youth for the past two years I have learned a lot about myself and my future goals. I am passionate about teaching and coaching the youth of this generation to be the best that they can be whether that is academically, physically, or mentally. I am dedicated to help better the lives of the individuals that I work with by teaching them the skills that they need to be successful members of society despite the struggles, hardships, and setbacks that they may have faced in their past. With compassion, consistency, structure, and accountability I believe I can make a difference in the lives of these residents.
