· Plans the implementation of youth recreation programs and activities in the Tamaya Wellness Center.
· Supervises and delivers safe and age-appropriate programs including early childhood Physical Education programs, after-school and break programs, summer youth programs, swimming activities, and athletic activities.
· Supervise children ages 2 and up and provides a safe and well-organized environment for all youth areas including teen center and drop-in kid care.
· Assist Teen youth in fitness in the Wellness Center Cardio Weight Room (CWR).
· Establishes schedules and methods for providing program services; identifies and obtains needed resources; prepares facilities and equipment for scheduled programs and activities.
· Promotes recreation and sports activities, food nutrition by preparing and distributing marketing materials, and through community outreach.
· Participates in the development of program goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
· Communicates; implements and enforces approved policies and procedures.
· Attend training, meetings, workshops as required.
