- The coordinator is responsible for coordinating care of patients requiring referrals for surgical placement of hemodialysis AV Fistulas, AV Grafts, and Permcaths
- The coordinator also schedules in-house IR procedures, as well as coordinates IR procedures and surgical placements with contracted surgical interventional centers
