May receive and or place telephone calls which are non routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures to handle any all aspects of customer accounts. This may include solicitation, inquiries, problem resolution; resolves more complex customer inquiries, complaints, escalations, and billing questions. Cultivates and maintains on going customer relationships, handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research for customer issue resolution and response.
Research customer's accounts and/or contracts to resolve issues with billing. This can include issuing service orders to resolve the issue and give the customer a credit or debit to their account, using computerized systems for tracking, information gathering; requires the ability to navigate a computerized data entry system and/or other relevant applications.
