Job Responsibilities

• The main responsibility of this position is to set up, maintain, and operate all Perfect Binders at the highest possible level, with a focus on the gathering section. Ensure optimal quality, demonstrate leadership skills, and assist in evaluating personnel and production capabilities. While also giving support to the shift supervisor as needed.
• Able to lift 50 pounds, stand, and work for 8+ hours a day
• Ability to work under pressure
