Served as a First Sergeant for a multi-functional Forward Support Company in a rapidly deployable Combined Arms Battalion that includes a Distribution Platoon, Maintenance Platoon, and a Food Service Section consisting of 325 Soldiers; assisted the commander in planning, coordinating, and supervising all logistical activities that support an entire 850 Soldier Combined Arms Battalion; advised the commander on enlisted Soldier matters to include duty assignments, promotions, military justice, awards, moral, welfare, professional developments, and equal opportunity concerns; assisted the CDR in property accountability of over $127,000,000 of worth equipment.

Serves as a full time assistant to the S-3; drafts for approval training directive and operations orders and analysis of various training reports; procures, designs, produces and distributes to subordinate units a variety of training aids for the efficient operations and training of subordinate units; prepares routine correspondence and drafts replies on more complicated matter for approval; monitors, reviews, and analyzes all training and readiness reports from subordinate units; provides assistance and guidance in the preparation for and successful accomplishment of unit training.

Served as a First Sergeant for the Forward Support Company in the Apache Squadron that includes a Distribution Platoon, Maintenance Platoon, and a Food Service Section consisting of 93 Soldiers; assisted the commander in planning, coordinating, and supervising all logistical activities that support the Squadron; advised the Commander on enlisted Soldier matters to include duty assignments, promotions, military justice, awards, moral, welfare, professional developments, and equal opportunity; as the senior maintenance supervisor, supervises, plans and directs the sustainment maintenance of all wheeled, armament, power generation and utility equipmen

Serves as the BN's Materiel Supply Sergeant in as Airborne Support Battalion prepared to deploy and conduct special operations throughout the USCENTCOM AOR; responsible for maintaining 21,765 lines of Authorized Stockage List (ASL) valued in excess of $163,600,000; specializes in Airborne Operation and Equipments, maintenance administrative data entry using the Standard Army Retail Supply System (SARSS) and Standard Army Maintenance System Enhanced (SAMSE); provides logistical support to 275 customers throughout the Division; prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports sent to higher headquarters; responsible for the health, welfare, training, and employment of 8 noncommissioned officers and 35 Soldiers.

Serves as the Supply Support Activity (SSA) and Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) NCO in support of a 7/158 Aviation Brigade consisting of over 2100 personnel; responsible for maintaining 502 lines of Authorized Stockages List (ASL) valued in excess of $35,380,000 and 140 lines of Aviation parts valued in excess of $121 million; provides logistical support to 68 customers throughout the area of Operations; responsible for the health, welfare, training, and employment of seven NCO's and 25 Soldiers and four civilians.

Establishes and maintains stock records and other documents such as inventory, material control, accounting and supply reports; keeps and updates automated and manual accounting records; maintains stock locator system and administers document control procedures; corrects, reviews, and verifies quantities received against bills of lading, contracts, purchase requests, and shipping documents; processes requests and documents at direct support level through warehousing section; operates material handling equipment; maintain records on incoming and outgoing stock.
