I have seen growth in multiple positions very quickly. I advanced from a package handler at UPS to loader of the month the very first month of employment. Just 3 months later I was promoted to a part time supervisor. After 7 months of employment I was asked to join the HR team as a recruiter. 4 years after being hired I transferred to a different state where I was asked to oversee the midnight shift as the Hiring supervisor. 

I began as a customer service agent on the phone for ACS. After 1 year I was promoted to Supervisor and Vendor Liaison on the GSK account. Subsequently I was promoted after one year on this project to a Learning and Development Consultant. I was used to assist in starting the Call center in Manila, Philippines and in Allen Park, MI. I am qualified to facilitate Defined Benefits, Defined Contributions and Health and Wellness. 

I truly enjoy Public Speaking. I have been blessed to give discourses as an Ordained minister in front of many thousands over the last 20 years. Family is so important to me. I enjoy spending time with my wife and two sons. I was privileged to deliver my youngest son by means of a home birth because the midwife could not make it in time, hence, talked me through the delivery. 

I have traveled the world as a flight attendant and lived in Dominican Republic for 10 years from 2011 to 2021.
