Program Oversight: NCLB Federal application and compliance, State and National Assessments, RTI, GT/Advanced Academics, EMT/District Safety, Dyslexia, ESL/Bilingual, Professional Development, Curriculum and Assessment Development

• Established clear goals for academic achievement across all grade levels by creating an accessible district-level student database with individual targets driving continuous improvement in academic performance.
• Created robust annual professional development calendars to meet the needs and interests of all educators by employing objective and subjective data.
• Spearheaded the development of a high-quality early childhood program based on the NAEYC (National Association of the Education of Young Children) accreditation standards.
• Developed a successful drop-out recovery program, including CTE courses, that maintained a 1% or lower drop-out rate and a 96-98% annual graduation rate.
• Enhanced curriculum quality by intently training teachers in developing comprehensive curriculum documents and assessments. Effectiveness was monitored at the campus and district level.
