I collected for Comenity and Comentity Capital bank credit cards. I worked on a dialer or in CMQ dialing ourselves and skip tracing to find new numbers. We also was suppose to receive incoming calls. I worked 5 payment delinquent. I was responsible for collecting late payments or setting up payment plans for customer to become current on their account. Companies goal was to collect balance in full on every account. We were on a ranking system as to how much money you collected monthly. Only money that was collected for the next month or months was rolled over. We as a CA5 team was all included in the ranking system. Many things besides money collected built the ranking system. We had no control over which employees got their call backs.
