order to the Quality Management Orange Tag Department for supplier corrective actions

Purchasing Department for purchase order corrections or the Quality Receiving Inspection Department
for certification corrections
Re-verify the documentation, if applicable, and apply the Quality Certification stamp to the documents
to record the inspection process has been completed
Copy certification documentation and/or receiving tickets, as applicable, on Rush orders to be included
with the product order box for priority shipment
