Accomplishments

Improved yearly shrink score from 1.94% to 1.70% by improving knowledge to other associates, attention to detail, and following the processes put into place.

Crucial part in improving the VOA(voice of the associate) score for the most recent store I worked in from a score of 63 to 76 by listening to the associates and acting on the feedback given.


Bringing most recent store to top store in the district adding $15,000 to the associates success sharing. This was accomplished by teamwork and teach, coaching and training proper processes to be successful.

This award was chosen by the salaried managers at the end of each fiscal half of the year.  I was awarded this on two occasions.  there were a total of twelve  department supervisors that were considered for this award.  It was based on sales or metrics that are set by the company for each fiscal half as well as performance reviews.
