I find that running serves me and the companies I work for in many ways. It serves me by maintaining good health, helping me stay focused, teaching me to remain dedicated to reaching my next race goal, and most importantly, it allows me to think freely while listening to podcasts that often help generate marketing ideas. This in turn directly benefits my employer because I bring these ideas to the table and show up every day ready to lead the team and take care of business.

Spearfishing
PACIFIC COAST
I was introduced to spearfishing in 2022. What a fascinating sport that so few are knowledgeable about. And, you don't often find women doing this sport. It has to be one of the most rewarding experiences I've ever had. The ocean is an incredible environment full of life. As a spearfisher, you must be skilled in freediving to be able to have a long breath hold (no scuba tank) and learn how to equalize to dive deep. And, you do all of this while managing your speargun and equipment. You really learn to face your fears when you become one with the ocean.
