Working inpatient and discharged patients of Medicaid accounts to attach to hospital account or send notification to another team to provide resources for additional resources for medical coverage.
Collection on accounts that have co-pays or deductible due prior to patient being discharged.

Assisting with scheduling Mammogram Colonoscopies A1C Lung Cancer Screening to name a few.
Later in 2020 we collaborated with Senior Care Plus to become Personal Assistants to assist with any additional appointments needed for Vaccines, Doctors, Specialist. We also were the team that helped with co pay notification, reaching out to the doctors with refill request and question regarding medications. Personal Assistants are the sounding board resource. The goal is for one call resolution to our members.
