Denise Mejia

Enthusiastic and responsible individual with a lifelong connection to the water and experience working with young children. Having grown up on an island, I have been surrounded by the ocean, pools, and swimming throughout my life. I have many years of experience in Pathfinders and served as an Adventurer Director's Assistant for the past 1–2 years, working closely with young children and helping create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment. I have also taught several young children how to swim and have basic emergency response and first-aid awareness skills. I am eager to bring my patience, responsibility, and experience with children to a Swim Lesson Instructor position.
