Corresponds effectively using e-mail, phone calls and voicemail.

Works closely with Edi coordinator to solve edi issues.

Utilizes the claims database to write vendor claims.

Proactively resolves shipping exceptions by utilizing reports and resources.

Performs jobs independently and takes initiative to assist others to meet department goals.

Completes all work in an organized, efficient manner.
