Took over a store that was 1.5 million in sales that slipped under a million in sales resulting in less inventory being shipped to the store to even fill the store. Worked with the staff building relationships with each employee and figuring out what their strengths and weakness were and had to figure out the gaps in their training. Built an environment that was safe for everyone to share ideas and build strategies by bouncing ideas off of each other. Through team work we built eye catching displays based on the sales and add developed store demos that were fun knowledgeable and entertaining. in 2 years was able to take sales from under a million to 2,2 million.
